Pin a chat to one of your devices

1. 1In the chat, type /pin-to-instance, and pick a device from the list.
2. 2eris confirms it, and your other devices step back.
3. 3To unpin, run it again and pick none, and any device may answer.

• Keep work chats on your work machine, with its tools and credentials, or a project on the device with its repo.
• If the pinned device is offline, eris says so, and your messages wait for it. They don't move to another device.
• Pins are kept in your encrypted shared history, so every device agrees.
• Only you can pin. A device that hasn't been updated ignores pins, so update every device first.

In your eris home, each channel can have a device of its own.
