Use eris anywhere on Discord

Add eris to your Discord account, and ask it in any server or DM, even where your bot isn't.

Only you see it

Ask

  • /eris
  • Apps → Ask eris
A private answer

Post in channel

Shares it, if you like.

Everyone sees it

Ask

  • /eris, public: True
  • Apps → Reply with eris
An answer in the channel

The channel

Everyone there sees it.

  1. In Settings, under Discord, press Add to your account.
  2. Anywhere on Discord, type /eris and your question.
  3. Or open a message's menu and choose Apps → Ask eris, to ask about it.
  4. For an answer everyone sees, set public to True, or choose Apps → Reply with eris.

Private answers carry on your DM with eris, so it's one conversation wherever you ask.

Discord won't add it? In the Discord Developer Portal, turn on User Install under Installation.
