Choose who can use a service

• Devices that get it: tick every device that answers your chats. Only these get its token, and new devices aren't ticked.
• Chats that can use it: only your private chats, also chats others can read, or none. In a shared one, anyone can have eris use it.
• Your other devices can ask this one to use it: devices without it use it through one that has it.
• Tools: all of them, read only, or the ones you list.
• Access, at the top of Tools, shows every service at once.

An unticked device may have kept the token, so replace it at the service.
